How do we start?

The is no "right way" to start. The appropriate starting point would be asking what do you need? what do you feel that is missing?

In order to identify what's missing and the weak links in your organization, it is strongly recommended that you perform some kind of evaluation and assessment process.

One option is to have a workshop. The specially designed workshop will let you have an opportunity to zoom in and have a unique close-up at your organization.

The second, equally powerful, is to have a small 'learning organization' research, a questionnaire with 36 cross referenced questions, that will let you see and feel the gaps between different parts of the organization (peer departments, employees and managers, etc.), just to let you have a more detailed map of how your organization is ready for a change, how much does it need it, and where.
